LUKLABS is an EdTech startup connecting prospective students and their families with college students for unbiased, authentic insights on college experiences through live 1-on-1 video tours and conversations. The main challenge was to communicate with 3 distinct audiences with a consistent brand voice and vision.

Solution
For each audience, we crafted a unique strategy, messages, and media buy connected by a visually strong brand with an authentic and factual voice.

  • For Prospective Students: Experiencing unbiased, authentic insights in experiential, personalized ways. Gaining insights on current college students’ journeys getting into their colleges.
  • For Prospective Students’ Families: Saving money and time on physical tours. Ensuring a good college fit and a smooth transition from home into college life.
  • For College Students: Getting paid beyond college jobs, based on their availability. Making a difference while making the college search process more accessible and equitable.
